 The ceramic fiber composite heat insulation board is an aerogel thermal insulation material with excellent performance and a functional material with a thermal barrier function, adapted to binders and a variety of inorganic elements, and made of high-temperature resistant ceramic fibers as a reinforcing material, prepared by a special process .

The heat-insulating material has a fiber nano-mesh structure, which can effectively reduce the solid-state heat conduction of the material, the rich nano-hole structure effectively inhibits the convection conduction of the gas molecules, and the absorption and reflection of the heat radiation by the functional material can make the material at 600° C. The thermal conductivity is about 0.030 W/m·K, which is 2-10 times higher than the commonly used thermal insulation materials.
Characteristics of Ceramic Fiber Composite Insulation Board
(1) Excellent thermal insulation. The thermal conductivity at room temperature (25°C) is 0.015 W/(nvK), and the thermal conductivity at 600°C is 0.030 W/(mK). The thermal insulation effect of the ceramic fiber composite insulation board can be increased by 2 to 10 times compared with the conventional insulation material, and the thickness of the insulation layer can be reduced by 30% to 50%.
(2) High temperature resistance. The long-term use temperature can reach 900°C, and the composite structure with other ceramic fiber products can reach 1700°C.
(3) Long service life. Can be a permanent layer of insulation, 5 to 10 years.
(4) Economic and energy saving. Energy-saving 10% ~ 30% than conventional materials.
(5) Environmental protection is non-toxic. No toxic substances are released in the fire and at high temperatures. Asbestos (full range) and PBB (flame retardant) are not included.
(6) Good chemical stability. Long-term resistance to most of the acid-alkali environments except for hydrofluoric acid and strong alkalis, without decomposing or deteriorating, can withstand various heat radiation (UV light, infrared light, visible light) and electromagnetic radiation for a long period of time, and the performance is not degraded.
(7) Noise reduction. The ceramic fiber composite insulation board is a porous material and has considerable elasticity. It is an excellent sound-absorbing and shock-absorbing material, and the speed of sound in this material will drop to 1/3 in the air.
The ceramic fiber composite insulation board with ceramic fiber as reinforcement material has a nano-mesh structure, which can effectively reduce the heat conduction, thermal convection and heat radiation of the material. The thermal conductivity at 600°C is about 0.030 W/(mK), which is only common thermal insulation. Insulation material 20% to 50%.
